Take 2

It worked somewhat, though it looked like rejected brown taffy. It is the technique that I need to perfect and get the wax a pinch more sticky. At first we way over cooked it so we added water and microwaved it. My legs feel very smooth and have alot less hair. After these first two tries I can understand why salons don't do it. To make the right consisentence is an art, not alot of people want to take the time to perfect. I will keep you up to date on the experiment.

Sugar Wax Experiment take one

I'm under the thought that beauty should be as painless as possible. Therefore I'm trying sugar wax, I have sensative skin and on my eyebrows I love threading more then twissing. Sugar waxing is a less painful then regular wax. Cooked up the sugar today and it was way to sticky to work with: we, of course, only realized that after applying it to an area of my leg. I'm excited to try again dispite the failure. The sugar exfoliated my skin and did not inflame my skin eventhough it was underdone and sticky.

My little man is screaming like a banshee. Maybe it's because he learned how to rollover this week. So I will write more later.
