We want to teach our peanut different languages primarily motivated by our family history. My great grandparents( Popz and Nana) were from Germany and my grandma was sad that they never taught her their native tongue. It was during the War so my Popz and Nana never wanted to teach grandma German have her ostracized in American society. Mr. Incredible's family is American Canadian.
Even though my husband speaks Korean and I speak Hebrew. Spanish is the first choice for Peanut's second language because of how many people speak it in the states and the opportunities to learn it. Our plan is to teach him how to speak and read it along with English. There are alot of great resources in the Denver area. The third and fourth languages are TBA.
